The Retailer Best Practice Diagnostic Survey
Welcome to the Retailer Best Practice Diagnostic Survey, a unique tool developed for Members of the Giftex Prepay Network to help gift card retailers improve their business performance.
Who should complete the diagnostic survey?
The diagnostic survey should be completed by retailers who have a gift card program and want to improve its performance.
What will it tell me?
This survey assesses the capabilities of your current gift card program and compares your program to other gift card retailers. This helps you to determine where your gift card program is lagging behind in terms of capability, and the steps you should consider taking to optimize your program. It also identifies where there is inherent tension in your program that will prevent optimum return on your investment and where you shouldprioritize your efforts to improve your performance.
What will it cost?
Completion of the diagnostic and analysis of the results is free because we want to demonstrate the value that can be obtained if you were to join the Giftex Prepay Network. Completion of the questionnaire will take around 20 minutes of your time. It consists of 32 factors, and each factor has 4 different levels of capability. You will be asked to select the one that most closely matches your situation.
What happens to my responses?
Once you have completed the questionnaire, we will analyze your results and produce a detailed and personalized PowerPoint presentation showing how your program ranks against the general retail market in all of the 32 factors. Your responses will be used solely for the purpose of this diagnostic and will not be shared with any other parties.
After you receive your set of slides, we will contact you to arrange a meeting to discuss your resutls in detail. We will also introduce you to the features of membership of the Giftex Prepay Network and explain how you can deploy these to your benefit. Note: even though this followup meeting is optional, we strongly urge you to take the time to receive our feedback and discover how Network membership can benefit you. This will ensure that you identify the steps needed to improve the performance of your program and are able to assess the opportunity to be part of the Network carefully.
